Eligibility: The Kelty Kids Active Family Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of Kelty (the "Sponsor"), The Parenting Group, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies retailers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 8, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on September 15 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). There will be five (5) Monthly Prize Drawings (as defined below) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Monthly Prize Drawing #1 starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on April 8, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on May 12, 2008 ("Monthly Drawing Period #1"). Monthly Prize Drawing #2 starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on May 13, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on June 9, 2008 ("Teaser Drawing Period #2"). Monthly Prize Drawing #3 starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on June 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 14, 2008 ("Monthly Drawing Period #3"). Monthly Prize Drawing #4 starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on July 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on August 11, 2008 ("Monthly Drawing Period #4"). Monthly Prize Drawing #5 starts at 12:01 AM (ET) on August 12, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on September 15, 2008 ("Monthly Drawing Period #5").To be eligible for a given Monthly Prize Drawing, your online entry must be received within a given Monthly Drawing Period. (See above for deadline dates. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during any applicable Drawing Period and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Entries from a given Monthly Prize Drawing will not be eligible for entry into any subsequent Monthly Prize Drawings but participants may enter for more than one Prize Drawing during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. If no entries are received for a given Monthly Prize Drawing, the next Monthly Prize Drawing's entries will also be used to award any previous prize(s).

How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry. Method # 1: Visit parentingextras.com/keltykids and follow all instructions to complete the online entry form in its entirety and click submit to enter. To be eligible for a given Monthly Prize Drawing, your online entry must be received within the given Drawing Period. Only complete and valid entries as determined by the Sponsor will be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One online entry per person or email address per day. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received in a given day, only the first entry received in a given day from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Method # 2: Hand print name and address on a postcard and mail to: Kelty Kids Active Family Sweepstakes, c/o Jessica Eassa, 2 Park Ave, 10th floor, New York, NY 10020. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism.

Random Drawing, Winner Selection & Notification:
Random drawings will be conducted from all eligible entries received during each Drawing Period. Each Monthly Prize Drawing will be conducted within ten (10) days after the conclusion of each Monthly Drawing Period. Winners will be notified by mail and at the judge's discretion, may be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and where permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within seven (7) days of date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. If Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries for the corresponding drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute required documents on minor's behalf. No substitutions for any prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater retail value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after winner verifications. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside the United States. Taxes on prize are each winner's responsibility. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including web posting) without additional compensation.

Monthly Prize Drawing #1: FC 3.0 Frame Child Carrier (ARV: $200.00 each). Monthly Prize Drawing #2: TC 2.1 Transit Child Carrier (ARV: $120.00 each). Monthly Prize Drawing #3: Wallaby Infant Carrier (ARV: $60.00 each). Monthly Prize Drawing #4: Messenger Diaper Bag (ARV: $65.00 each). Monthly Prize Drawing #5: Speedster Deluxe Performance Stroller (ARV: $335.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $780.00. Odds of winning a Monthly Prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Prize Drawing, estimated at 1: 3,400. Limit: One prize per household.

General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, and its parent company, affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (collectively, "Released Parties"), from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of a prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property, caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize or any prize related activity. The winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize except that each toy prize shall be subject to its manufacturer's standard warranty.
