Savory Egg Nests
- Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread, crusts removed
- 6 Tbsp diced ham
- 6 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- Equipment
- Rolling pin
- Knife
- Muffin tin
- Bowl
- Fork
- Non-stick cooking spray

Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
- 2. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
- 3. Tuck bread in muffin tin cups with 4 corners sticking out.
- 4. Add 1 Tbsp ham and 1 Tbsp cheese in each cup.
- 5. Crack 6 eggs in a bowl and beat with fork. Pour egg over ham and cheese, dividing evenly among the 6 cups. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Place muffin tin in oven, and bake for 25 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
